Make-up Exam Applications for 2019-2020 Summer Term Final Exams
In the 2019-2020 Summer Term, those who want to apply for the final make-up exam due to a valid excuse must fill and sign the attached make-up exam application petition as soon as the exam is completed (until 23:59 on Saturday, September 5, 2020) and signed by the Secretary of the Civil Engineering Department at ayangel@sakarya.edu. tr mail address by e-mail. Explanations of the reasons for the make-up exam, all necessary evidence, document or documents (clearly, clearly and completely) must be proved by adding the petition.
Except for the make-up exam application petition and its attachments, e-mails and explanations about the make-up exam are not taken into consideration.
The make-up exam applications of students who are missing any of the Make-Up Exam Application Form and its attachments (Transcript, health report, justification, etc.) will not be taken into consideration.
Other than the specified application process, mail, telephone, etc. Requests such as information, explanation, excuse sent through communication channels such as information are not taken into account.
