Students who want to withdraw from the registered course taken in the Summer School of 2019-2020 Academic Year must send the attached petition to ayangel@sakarya.edu.tr by 17 July 2020.
The petitions will be processed as follows.
1-Sending the petition of the students (Those who want to withdraw from the course)
2- Acceptance of incoming petitions by department chair
3- Notice to the Dean's Office with a cover letter
4-Approval of the Faculty Board of Directors for the decision of the petitions
5-Notification of the Faculty Administrative Board's decision to the student affairs office
6-Student affairs will be in the form of deletion of the courses from the system by making the final checks of the unit manager.
