Each Faculty Member who teach Civil Engineering Design Course has seven student quotas for the formal education and six student quotas for the secondary education. Due to an error, in the system, some of extra students have been enrolled inadvertently for some Faculty Members. In the attached Excel file, beside of the names of extra enrolled students, "Will Choose again" statements were marked with red font. These students are required to choose from the system, a Faculty Member who has available quota. The student who hasn’t try to choose the available professor, will be enrolled by the Chief of the Department.
In the attached Excel file there are the lists belonging to various teachers in six different tab. Please pay attention while looking over the lists.
